##article.abstract##

Semiz bemorlarda chov churralari yuqori qaytalanish xavfi, asoratlar va diagnostika qiyinchiliklari bilan bog‘liq murakkab muammo hisoblanadi. Semizlik intraabdominal bosimning oshishi, biriktiruvchi to‘qimalarning zaiflashishi va metabolik buzilishlar tufayli churralarning rivojlanishiga hissa qo‘shadi. So‘nggi yillarda minimal invaziv jarrohlik usullari, jumladan laparoskopik gernioplastika (TAPP, TEP) va robot yordamida bajariladigan texnologiyalar jadal rivojlanib, operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlar sonini kamaytirish va reabilitatsiya muddatini qisqartirish imkonini bermoqda. Jarrohlik oldi tayyorgarlik, jumladan tana vaznini kamaytirish va hamroh kasalliklarni tuzatish, muvaffaqiyatli davolanishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Operatsiya usulini individual tanlash va operatsiyadan keyingi puxta boshqaruv uzoq muddatli natijalarni yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi.
