O‘TKIR PANKREATIT NATIJALARINI LAPAROSKOPIYA MA’LUMOTLARI VA BALTHAZAR SHKALASI ASOSIDA PROGNOZLASH

O‘tkir destruktiv pankreatit va fermentativ peritonit tashxisi qo‘yilgan 102 bemorda kasallik boshlanganidan keyingi dastlabki 72 soat ichida laparoskopiya o‘tkazildi. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalari qorin bo‘shlig‘idagi patologik o‘zgarishlarni baholash uchun ball tizimini ishlab chiqishga olib keldi, bu esa kasallik og‘irligini prognoz qilish imkonini beradi. Aniqlanishicha, laparoskopiya natijalari bilan qorin bo‘shlig‘idagi o‘zgarishlarning balli baholashi o‘tkir pankreatit og‘irligini kompyuter tomografiyasi orqali Balthazar shkalasi bo‘yicha baholash bilan ko‘proq mos keladi (usulning sezgirligi mos ravishda 86,3% va 91,2% ni tashkil etdi).
