Surunkali obstruktiv o'pka kasalligi butun dunyo bo'ylab kasallanish va o'limning asosiy sabablaridan biri bo'lib, bemorlarning hayot sifatiga (QoL) sezilarli darajada ta'sir qiladi. Ushbu maqola KOAH bilan og'rigan shaxslar uchun Qo'l darajasini oshirishi mumkin bo'lgan statistik chora-tadbirlar, aralashuvlar va strategiyalarni o'rganadi. Mavjud adabiyotlarni, klinik sinovlarni va statistik ma'lumotlarni har tomonlama ko'rib chiqish orqali farmakologik muolajalar, o'pka reabilitatsiyasi, psixo-ijtimoiy yordam va turmush tarzini o'zgartirish kabi turli xil aralashuvlarning samaradorligini ta'kidlaymiz. Topilmalar KOAH bilan og'rigan bemorlarda hayot sifatini samarali yaxshilash uchun ko'p qirrali yondashuvlarga bo'lgan ehtiyojni ko'rsatadi.
