Maqolada operatsiyadan keyingi ventral churralar uchun endovideojarrohlik gernioplastikasining texnik jihatlarini o'rganish natijalari keltirilgan. Havo kameralari bilan standart va modifikatsiyalangan troakarlardan foydalanishning qiyosiy tahlili o'tkazildi. O'zgartirilgan troakarlardan foydalanish operatsiyalarning davomiyligini sezilarli darajada qisqartirishi, pnevmoperitoneumning oqishini minimallashtirish va implantlarni mahkamlash samaradorligini oshirishi aniqlandi. Hernioplastikaning laparoskopik usuli ochiq usulga nisbatan afzalliklarini ko'rsatdi, jumladan, operatsiya vaqtini qisqartirish, operatsiyadan keyingi og'riqning kuchayishini kamaytirish, bemorlarni erta safarbar qilish va asoratlarni kamaytirish. Taklif etilayotgan texnik echimlarni amalga oshirish kichik va o'rta ventral churralarni jarrohlik davolash natijalarini yaxshilashga yordam beradi.
