CHOV CHURRALARIDA TRANSABDOMINAL LAPAROSKOPIK GERNIOALLOPLASTIKASINING TAKTIK – TEXNIK JIHATLARI

Mazkur maqolada chov sohasidagi churralarni laparoskopik usulda davolashning ikki turi — TAPP (transabdominal preperitoneal) va e-TEP (kengaytirilgan ekstraperitoneal) usullari samaradorligi taqqoslangan. Jami 98 bemor tekshirilgan va ikki teng guruhga ajratilgan. Operatsiya davomiyligi, operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlar, sog‘ayish muddati va churraning qaytalanish holatlari tahlil qilingan. e-TEP usuli operatsiya vaqtining qisqaroqligi, kasalxonada kamroq yotish va uzoq muddatli retsidivlar yo‘qligi bilan afzallik ko‘rsatdi. Har ikkala usul ham samarali va xavfsiz bo‘lib, e-TEP ayrim bemorlar guruhi uchun afzal usul sifatida tavsiya etiladi.
