QANDLI DIABETDA YUMSHOQ TO’QIMALARDAGI YIRINGLI-NEKROTIK FASSIIT ASORATLARINI DAVOLASH MUAMMOLARI

XXI asrning boshlarida xirurgik infeksiyalar muammolari eng dolzarb muammolardan biri bo’lib qolmoqda.Jahon sog’liqni saqlash tashkilotining bergan ma’lumotiga asosan qandli diabet kasalligi nogironlikka olib kelishda birinchi va o’lim sur’ati bo’yicha uchinchi o’rinni egallaydi.
Hozirgi kunda eng muhim, yechimini topmagan muammolardan biri bu qandli diabetning asoratlarini davolash muammosidir.Qandli diabetning og’ir asoratlaridan biri diabetik panja sindromidir va yumshoq to’qimalarda uchraydigan yiringli nekrotik fassiitlardir. Qandli diabetning uchraydigan yiringli nekrotik fassiitlari hozirgi kunda 10-40% ni tashkil qilmoqda.Qandli diabet bilan oyoqlarda qilinadigan operatsiyalar soni 17 marta diabet bo’lmagan bemorlarga nisbatan ko’proq qilinmoqda.
Shuning uchun ham qandli diabetning yumshoq to’qimalaridagi va diabetic panja sindromida uchraydigan yiringli nekrotik fassiitlarini davolash klinik xirurgiyaning muhim muammolaridan biri bo’lib qolmoqda.
