O‘TKIR RESPIRATOR INFEKSIYA O‘TKAZAYOTGAN BOLALARDA YURAK-QON TOMIR TIZIMI KASALLIKLARINING MARKERLARINI BAHOLASH

Ushbu tadqiqotda bolalarda yurak-qon tomir tizimi (YUQTT) kasalliklari bilan o‘tkir nafas yo‘llari infeksiyalari (O‘NYI) o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik o‘rganilgan. Maqsad — biomarkerlar va instrumental usullar yordamida YUQTT shikastlanishini erta aniqlash va diagnostika samaradorligini oshirish. 1 yoshdan 12 yoshgacha bo‘lgan 90 nafar bola tahlil qilindi va asosiy hamda nazorat guruhlariga ajratildi. Laboratoriya tekshiruvlari va instrumental diagnostika (EKG, EkoKG) amalga oshirildi. O‘NYI bilan og‘rigan bolalarda H-FABP, troponin I, KK, KK-MB, LDG va α-GBDG darajalari yuqori ekani aniqlandi, bu miokard shikastlanishi va disfunktsiyasini ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, SRB, prokalsitonin va IL-6 darajalari oshgani qayd etildi, bu kuchli yallig‘lanish jarayonini aks ettiradi. Ushbu o‘zgarishlar EKG va EkoKG ma’lumotlari bilan tasdiqlandi. Kardiospesifik ferment koeffitsiyentlari yuqori diagnostik qiymatga ega ekani aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalari YUQTT holatini kompleks baholash orqali asoratlarni erta aniqlash va davolashni optimallashtirish muhimligini ko‘rsatadi.
