Ushbu sharh maqolada bolalarda desmoid o‘smalarning morfologik xususiyatlari va ularning klinik kechishni prognoz qilishdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Hujayraviylik darajasi, Ki-67 proliferatsiya indeksi, kollagenlanish darajasi va retsidiv xavfi o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik aniqlangan. CTNNB1 genidagi S45F mutatsiyasi salbiy prognoz belgisi sifatida alohida ta’kidlangan. Morfologik mezonlarni standartlashtirish va davolashda multidissiplinar yondashuv zarurligi asoslangan.
