YELKA SUYAGI TASHQI KONDILUSI PSEVDOARTROZLARINI DAVOLASHDA BIZLAR QO‘LLAGAN USUL

Yelka suyagi tashqi kondilusi psevdoartrozi bor 55 ( 5 ta- 18 yoshdan kattalar, 50 ta-18 yoshgacha bo’lganlar) ta bemorlarda suyak plastikasi, Ilizarov apparatini qo‘llab bajarilgan operatsiyalarning davolash natijalari o‘rganilgan. 12 bemorlarga kichik boldir suyagi diafizidan ko’chirilgan suyak plastikasi, Ilizarov apparati qo‘llash operatsiyalari natijasida 91,7% bemorda psevdoartroz sohasi suyaklanib bitgan. 30 bemorlarda suyak plastikasi 3-4 ta kegay yordamida maxkamlanib operatsiyalaridan keyin, qo‘lni gipsli bog’lamada immobilizatsiyasi qilindi. Ularda 80% (24 ta) bemorlarda psevdoartroz suyaklanib bitdi. 20% bemorda ko‘chirilgan suyak transplantatlari Ilizarov appartai qo’llanilgandan so’ng bitishi kuzatildi. Bu bemorlarga 2 – etap sifatida Ilizarov apparati qo‘llanib, psevdoartroz bitishi 5 bemorda erishilgan.
