Vestibulyar reabilitatsiya vestibulyar analizatorning periferik va markaziy qismlari kasalliklari bilan og'rigan bemorlarni davolashning oddiy va samarali usuli hisoblanadi. Vestibulyar buzilishlar diagnostikasi, bemorning ahvoli dinamikasini baholash, yuqori darajadagi klinik sinovlardan foydalangan holda amalga oshiriladi. Bunday testlar orasida o'z-o'zidan paydo bo'ladigan va oxirgi holatdagi nistagmni tekshirish, Halmagi testi, "turish va vaqtga borish" testi, "bir oyoqda muvozanat" testi va boshqalar mavjud. Vestibulyar gimnastika ko'rishni barqarorlashtirish va muvozanatni o'rgatish uchun mashqlardan iborat. Bir tomonlama progressiv periferik vestibulyar buzilishi bo'lmagan bemorlarda vestibulyar reabilitatsiyaning optimal davomiyligini baholashdan iborat bo'lgan kuzatuv tadqiqotlari natijalari keltirilgan. Davolashning optimal davomiyligi ikki oydan kam bo'lishi kerak deb belgilandi.
