##article.abstract##

Sepsis hozirgi zamon tibbiyotining eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo‘lib qolmoqda — bu nafaqat O‘zbekiston, balki butun dunyo miqyosida ham ahamiyatli hisoblanadi. Bu holatning keng tarqalganligi va yuqori darajadagi o‘lim ko‘rsatkichi bilan bog‘liq. Yaqqol tizimli yallig‘lanish reaktsiyasidan tashqari, sepsisning asosiy patofiziologik bo‘g‘inlaridan biri bu uzoq davom etuvchi tizimli metabolik buzilishdir. U, asosan, gipermetabolizm–giperkatabolizm sindromi va tez sur’atlarda rivojlanayotgan trofologik (ovqatlanish) yetishmovchilik orqali namoyon bo‘ladi. Shu sababli, bemorga o‘z vaqtida va optimal tanlangan metabolik va nutrision terapiya tayinlash ushbu toifadagi bemorlarni intensiv davolashning muhim yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Bu yondashuv gipermetabolik–giperkatabolik sindromning davomiyligi va og‘irligini kamaytirishga, shuningdek, amalga oshirilayotgan davolash choralari samaradorligini oshirishga yordam beradi.
