##article.abstract##

O‘SOK va qandli diabet bilan kasallangan bemorlarda qand profilining o‘ziga xos MSKT belgilari bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligini o‘rganish maqsadida korrelyatsion-regression tahlil o‘tkazildi. Tahlil qilingan parametrlarning ko‘pchiligi asosan chiziqli bog‘liqlikka ega bo‘lib, to‘g‘ridan to‘g‘ri korrelyatsiyani aks ettirdi. Bu korrelyatsiya koeffitsiyentining hisob-kitoblari bilan tasdiqlandi. O‘SOKga xos bo‘lgan MSKT simptomlarining o‘pkadagi yallig‘lanish holati va mikrovaskulopatiyadan keyingi qoldiq o‘zgarishlar bilan bog‘liqligi to‘g‘ri chiziqli xarakterga ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Bu simptomlar bemorning qand profili o‘zgarishiga mos ravishda kuchayadi yoki kamayadi. Qandli diabet O‘SOKda davomli yallig‘lanishning kuchayishiga sabab bo‘ladi. 2-tur qandli diabetning O‘SOK kechishi va rivojlanishiga salbiy ta’siri natijasida ham klinik, ham nurlanish ko‘rsatkichlari og‘irlashadi.
