##article.abstract##

Preeklampsiya - bu homiladorlikning 20-haftasidan keyin ayollarda paydo bo'ladigan va simptomlar triadasi bilan birga keladigan daxshatli kasallikdir. Ushbu alomatlar shish, qon bosimi ortishi va proteinuriyani o'z ichiga oladi. Ushbu patologiyaning o'z vaqtida tashxis;ash HELLP sindromiga (H - gemoliz, EL - jigar fermentlarining ko'tarilishi, LP - past darajadagi trombotsitlar (trombotsitopeniya) olib kelishi mumkin. Bu o'z navbatida onalar o'limiga olib kelishi mumkin. Keyingi terapiya preeklampsida jigar asoratlarining oldini olishga qaratilgan.
