NEFROBLASTOMA BOLALARDA: DAVOLASH TUZILMASI VA KLINIK HOLATLAR TAHLILI

##article.abstract##

Dolzarbligi. Nefroblastoma bolalarda uchraydigan eng keng tarqalgan malign o‘smalardan biri hisoblanadi. Terapevtik yondashuvlar va asoratlarni tahlil qilish davolash samaradorligini oshirish imkonini beradi.

Maqsad. Bolalarda nefroblastoma holatlarida davolash tuzilmasi, kasallik bosqichi va asoratlar uchrash tezligini baholash.

Materiallar va usullar. 2015–2022 yillarda Respublika ixtisoslashtirilgan onkologiya va radiologiya ilmiy-amaliy tibbiyot markazida davolangan, gistologik jihatdan tasdiqlangan nefroblastomali 91 nafar bemorning kliniko-morfologik va terapevtik ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilindi. Kasallik bosqichi, davolash turlari, kimyoterapiya (PXT) sxemalari, kurslar soni va asoratlar o‘rganildi. Tasviriy statistika va χ²-kriteriydan foydalanildi.

Natijalar. Bemorlarning 66 foizi 3 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalar edi. Eng ko‘p aniqlangan bosqichlar – 2V va 3A. Kombinatsiyalashgan davolash 69,2% holatlarda, asosan XT+OP+XT va OP+XT sxemalari asosida qo‘llanildi. Eng ko‘p ishlatilgan PXT sxemasi – CyVADIC. Ko‘p bosqichli davolashda asoratlar chastotasi yuqori bo‘ldi.

Xulosa. Kombinatsiyalashgan terapiya nefroblastomaning o‘rta bosqichlarida samarali hisoblanadi, biroq asoratlarni muntazam monitoring qilish talab etiladi. Davolashni individuallashtirish va kasallikni erta aniqlash muvaffaqiyatli natijalar uchun hal qiluvchi omillardandir.
