Chanoq-son bo‘g‘imi displaziyasi va son suyagining tug‘ma chiqishi bolalar o‘rtasida nisbatan ko‘p uchraydigan og‘ir ortopedik kasalliklardan biri hisoblanadi. Bir yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalar o‘rtasida bugungi kunda tayanch-harakat a’zolari tug‘ma kasalliklarining asosiy qismini ushbu patologiya ulushiga to‘g‘ri keladi. Chanoq-son bo‘g‘imi displaziyasi va son suyagi tug‘ma chiqishi har 1000 nafar tug‘ilgan yangi chaqaloqning 2-5 tasida uchrasada, erta funksional davolash jarayonida fizioterapevtik muolajalarni samarali qo‘llanilishiga qaramasdan 15-45% bolalarda davolash samaradorligi qoniqarsiz bo‘lib qolmoqda, 3 oylik bo‘lguncha davolash muolajalari boshlanganda 97%, 3-6 oylik davrida davolash boshlanganda 30% holatda samarali natijalarga erishilmoqda [3,4,7,8]. Konservativ davolashdan keyingi reluksatsiya, aseptik nekroz, degenerativ jarayonning rivojlanishi kabi xolatlar konservativ davolashning samarali usullarini takomillashtirish zarurati bugungi kunda dolzarb muammolaridan biridir.
