‘YIN OSTEOXONDROZI BILAN OG‘RIGAN BEMORLARDA AYLANMA SINAMA MA’LUMOTLARINING O‘ZGARISHI

Bo‘yin osteoxondrozi bilan og‘rigan 97 bemorning 66 tasida bo‘yin umurtqa pog‘onasidagi rentgenologik o‘zgarishlar assimetriyasi va 61 tasida bo‘yin pozitsion nistagmi (BPN) qayd etilgan. Bir yo‘nalishli SHPN bilan 41 kishi vestibulometrik tekshiruvdan o‘tkazildi (trapetsiyasimon dastur bo‘yicha ENG bilan aylantirish). Labirintlar qo‘zg‘aluvchanligining integral koeffitsiyenti (Ika) sekin komponentning chastotasi, amplitudasi va burchak tezligi hamda nistagm vaqti ko‘rsatkichlari bo‘yicha hisoblandi. Aylanish boshning funksional burilishlarida amalga oshirildi. Labirintlar qo‘zg‘aluvchanligining assimetriya darajasi dinamikasi bo‘yicha integral assimetriya koeffitsiyenti umurtqa pog‘onasi bo‘yin qismining rentgenologik o‘zgarishlari xarakteriga, bo‘yin-pozitsion nistagmi bo‘lgan bemorlarda va aylanma sinamani o‘tkazish vaqtida sodir bo‘ladigan boshning funksional burilishlari mavjudligiga bevosita bog‘liqligi aniqlandi. Qo‘llanilgan usul vertebro-bazilyar genezli vestibulopatiyani aniqlashda ishonchli differensial-diagnostik test bo‘lib xizmat qilishi mumkin.
