##article.abstract##

Ko‘krak qafasi yopiq jaroxatlarida uchraydigan o‘pka latining patofiziologiyasi va patomorfologik ko‘rinishin aniqlash.Mavzu bo‘yicha so‘nggi yillarda chop etilgan ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili o‘tkazildi. Tegishli ma’lumotlar MEDLINE va Web of Science elektron bazalaridagi maqolalardan olindi, ulardagi havolalar, iqtiboslar va statistik ma’lumotlar tahlil qilindi. Izlashda quyidagi atamalar to‘liq va qisqartirilgan shaklda qo‘llanildi: ko‘krak qafasi, yopiq jarohat, o‘pka lati, patofiziologiya, patomorfologiya, diagnostika, mexanizm, tanatogenez. O‘pka latining patofiziologiyasida asosiy o‘rinni havo va qon o‘rtasidagi to‘siqning buzilishi egallaydi. Bu holatda qon va interstitsial suyuqlik alveolar va interstitsial to‘qimalarga chiqib ketadi, natijada o‘pkaning ventilyasiya va perfuziya funksiyasi buziladi. Morfologik jihatdan o‘pka lati ikki turga bo‘linadi: cheklangan va keng qamrovli. CHeklangan o‘pka lati — diametri 10 sm gacha bo‘lgan va bir o‘pka bo‘lagidan tashqariga chiqmaydigan jarohat, keng qamrovli o‘pka lati esa — bir nechta bo‘lakni qamrab olgan o‘pka shikastlanishidir. Ko‘krak qafasi yopiq jaroxatlarida o‘pka patomorfologiyasini yanada chuqurroq o‘rganish, patogenez va o‘pka asoratlarini tushunish uchun muhim hisoblanadi, bu esa ushbu turdagi bemorlarni davolash samaradorligini oshiradi. Ushbu shikastlanishning hajmi va darajasini aniqlash sud-tibbiyot nuqtai nazaridan jarohatning og‘irlik darajasini baholashda ham muhim ahamiyatga ega.
