LARINGEAL PAPILLOMATOZ: ZAMONAVIY DIAGNOSTIKA VA DAVOLASH USULLARINING SHARHI

Laringeal papillomatoz inson papillomavirusi (IPV) infektsiyasidan kelib chiqadi, birinchi navbatda, genital siğillarning rivojlanishi uchun mas'ul bo'lgan 6 va 11 turlari. HPV turli yo'llar bilan, jumladan vertikal va perinatal aloqa orqali yuqishi mumkin, bu bolalarda LP rivojlanishini tushuntiradi. Klinik jihatdan kasallik ovoz xirillash, stridor, yo'tal va og'ir holatlarda nafas olish etishmovchiligi bilan namoyon bo'ladi. Asosan 5 yoshgacha bo'lgan bolalarda aniqlangan balog'atga etmagan shakl yanada tajovuzkor kursga ega va tez-tez jarrohlik aralashuvni talab qiladi. Kasallikning asosiy sababi HPV turi 6 va 11. Virus nafas yo'llarining epiteliysini yuqtirib, hujayralar ko'payishi va papilloma shakllanishiga olib keladi. Virusli oqsillar E6 va E7 hujayra siklini tartibga solishni buzadi, yaxshi o'smalarning rivojlanishiga yordam beradi. Tananing immunitet reaktsiyasi infektsiyani nazorat qilishda asosiy rol o'ynaydi va immunitetni tartibga solishning buzilishi tez-tez qaytalanishlar va kasallikning rivojlanishi bilan bog'liq. Tashxis papillomatoz o'simtalarni vizualizatsiya qilish, biopsiya materialini gistologik tekshirish va HPV turlarini aniqlash uchun molekulyar diagnostika (PCR) bilan laringoskopiya bilan belgilanadi.
