Maqsad: Soʻnggi 15 yil davomida Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida bachadon boʻyni saratoni boʻyicha asosiy statistik koʻrsatkichlarni tahlil qilish. Usullar: Tadqiqotning materiallari va usullari sifatida 2010–2024 yillar davomidagi davlat statistik hisobot shakli («Xavfli oʻsmalar bilan kasallanish toʻgʻrisida ma'lumot», 7-shakl) dan foydalanildi. Natijalar: Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida onkologik kasallanish umumiy strukturasida bachadon boʻyni saratoni (BBS) saraton kasalliklari ichida toʻrtinchi oʻrinni egallab, koʻkrak bezi saratoni, yoʻgʻon ichak saratoni va me'da saratonidan keyin turadi. 15 yillik davr mobaynida BBS bilan kasallanganlar sonining tahlili shuni koʻrsatdiki, Respublika hududida barcha xavfli oʻsmalarning (XOʻ) ichida jami 23 668 ta BBS holati (6,9%) aniqlangan. Soʻnggi 15 yilda BBS bilan kasallanish koʻrsatkichi ortib borish tendensiyasiga ega boʻlib, 2010 yilda 100 000 ayol aholiga nisbatan 8,7 ni tashkil etgan boʻlsa, 2024 yilga kelib 11,1 ga etgan. Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida BBS bilan kasallanganlarning asosiy yosh toifasi 45–64 yoshdagi bemorlar boʻlib, ular ulushi 61,5% ni tashkil etgan. 2010–2024 yillar davomida Respublika boʻylab bachadon boʻyni xavfli oʻsmalari tufayli 12 412 nafar ayol vafot etgan. Shu davrda 100 000 ayol aholiga nisbatan oʻlim koʻrsatkichi 2010 yilda 4,4 ni tashkil etgan boʻlsa, 2024 yilda 4,9 ga etgan. Xulosa: Yuqorida keltirilgan ma'lumotlarga koʻra, BBS bilan kasallanish koʻrsatkichi Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida oʻsish tendensiyasiga ega va u ayollar aholisi oʻlimida etakchi sabablardan biri hisoblanadi. Shu bois, mazkur patologiyaga qarshi oʻz vaqtida samarali choralar koʻrish zarur.
