MOLEKULYAR-GENETIK TAHLIL USULLARINI QOʻLLASHNI HISOBGA OLGAN HOLDA DIFFERENSIALLASHGAN QALQONSIMON BEZ SARATONINI TASHXISLASH VA DAVOLASH ALGORITMINI ISHLAB CHIQISH

Tadqiqotda BRAF-V600E, RET/PTC, TERT, RAS va PAX8-PPAR-γ mutatsiyalarining uchrash chastotasi va kliniko-morfologik ahamiyati differentsiallashgan qalqonsimon bez saratonli (DQBS) 300 nafar bemorlarda baholandi. Bemorlar 2014–2024-yillarda Respublika ixtisoslashtirilgan onkologiya va radiologiya ilmiy-amaliy tibbiyot markazi Toshkent shahar filialida tekshiruvdan o‘tgan. Barcha bemorlarda Bethesda tizimi bo‘yicha sitologiya, TI-RADS tizimi bo‘yicha UTT-stratifikatsiya va molekulyar tahlillar (PCR, FISH) amalga oshirildi. BRAF-V600E mutatsiyasi asosan papilliar kartsinomada (82,9%) aniqlanib, TNM bo‘yicha noqulay ko‘rsatkichlar bilan bog‘liq bo‘ldi; RET/PTC faqat PTC holatlarida (100%), TERT esa follikulyar turda (46,2%) uchradi; RAS va PAX8-PPAR-γ mutatsiyalari faqat FTC turida kuzatildi. UTT belgilar bilan bog‘liqlik kuchsiz bo‘ldi. Olingan natijalar DQBSda molekulyar-genetik tahlilning prognozni aniqlash va davolashni shaxsiylashtirishdagi ahamiyatini tasdiqlaydi.
