Tadqiqotda differentsiallashgan qalqonsimon bez saratoni (DQBS)ni morfologik va molekulyar-genetik xususiyatlarini inobatga olgan holda kombinatsiyalashgan davolash samaradorligi baholandi. 2014–2024-yillarda RIOvaRIATM Toshkent filiali bazasida 300 bemor o‘rganildi. Takomillashtirilgan algoritm (UTT, IAB, molekulyar testlar, shaxsiylashtirilgan jarrohlik) qo‘llanishi ikki yillik rеtsidivsiz yashovchanlikni oshirdi (78,1% ga nisbatan 66,5%; p=0,033). Noqulay prognozli mutatsiyalar TERT, RAS, PAX8-PPAR-γ va BRAF-V600E aniqlangan. Kengaytirilgan tireoidektomiya va limfa tugunlari disseksiyasi rеtsidiv xavfini kamaytirdi. Molekulyar profilni integratsiyalash yashovchanlikni oshiradi va davolash xarajatlarini kamaytiradi.
