CHOV CHURRALARI GERNIOPLASTIKASIDA MODIFIKATSIYALANGAN VA ENDOVIDEOXIRURGIK USULLARNING KLINIK SAMARADORLIGI

Taqdim etilgan tadqiqotda gernioplastika jarrohlik taktikasini tanlashga individual yondashuv zarurligi asoslangan. Klinik-instrumental va funksional parametrlar asosida ochiq va endovideoxirurgik usullar o‘rtasida tanlovni optimallashtirish imkonini beruvchi xavf stratifikatsiyasining miqdoriy algoritmi ishlab chiqilgan. 303 nafar bemorning davolanishini tahlil qilish shuni ko‘rsatdiki, gernioplastika usulini tanlashning individuallashtirilgan algoritmini joriy etish operatsiyadan keyingi erta asoratlar chastotasini (19,8% dan 6,2% gacha) va uzoq muddatli retsidivlarni (9,8% dan 1,7% gacha) sezilarli darajada kamaytirishga imkon berdi. Churra qopi laxtakchasi yordamida modifikatsiyalangan ochiq gernioplastikani qo‘llash urug‘ tizimchasi tuzilmalarining shikastlanishi bilan bog‘liq asoratlarni kamaytirishni ta’minladi va erkaklarda reproduktiv funksiyani saqlab qolishga yordam berdi. Shunday qilib, chov churralarida jarrohlik taktikasini tanlashning taklif etilgan individuallashtirilgan algoritmi yuqori klinik samaradorlikni ko‘rsatadi va zamonaviy gerniologiyada individual yondashuv uchun asos bo‘lib xizmat qilishi mumkin.
