##article.abstract##

Tadqiqot maqsadi: xorioidal o'smalarni differensial tashxislashda kompression sonoelastografiyaning diagnostik samaradorligini kompleks baholash. Materiallar va metodika: 17 bemor ko'z ichi o'smalarida zamonaviy instrumental usullar: ultratovush doppler tekshiruvi, B-skanerlash, elastosonografiya va oftalmoskopiya Samsung HS70A diagnostika kompleksidan foydalangan holda o'tkazildi. Tadqiqot natijalari xorioidal melanoma va gemangiomani elastometrik parametrlarni tahlil qilish orqali farqlash imkoniyatini ko'rsatadi. O'sma strukturasi va elastik xususiyatlarining xarakterli jihatlari aniqlandi. Xulosa: Elastosonografiya ko'z ichi o'smalarini noninvaziv diagnostikasida strukturaviy xususiyatlarini yuqori darajada vizualizatsiya qilish potentsialiga ega istiqbolli usul hisoblanadi.
