HOMILADORLIK DAVRIDA VARIKOZ TOMIRLARINI TASHXISLASHNING ISTIQBOLLI USULLARI

Tadqiqotning maqsadi homilador ayollarda tromboz va tomirlardagi yallig'lanish jarayonlari kabi varikoz tomirlarining asoratlari xavfini kamaytirish uchun asosiy tashxislash choralarini aniqlash. Tadqiqotda Respublika ixtisoslashtirilgan ona va bola salomatligi ilmiy-amaliy markazi Samarqand filiali hamda Samarqand davlat tibbiyot universiteti ko‘p tarmoqli klinikasi tug‘ruq kompleksida kuzatilgan 100 nafar ayollar ishtirok etdi. Diagnostika usullari tromboz va yallig'lanish xavfini baholash uchun oyoqlarning va tos bo'shlig'i tomirlarini ultratovushli dupleks skanerlash, homila dopplerometriyasi va laborator tahlillar (D-dimer, fibrinogen, C-reaktiv oqsil, trombodinamika) o'z ichiga oladi. Ayollarning 70 foizida D-dimer va 75 foiz fibrinogenning yuqori darajasi aniqlangan, bu tromboz xavfi yuqori ekanligini ko‘rsatadi, ayniqsa uchinchi trimestrda. Ultratovush tekshiruvi ayollarning 65 foizida venoz klapanlarining buzilishi, 20 foizida tromboz belgilari aniqlangan. Bemorlarning 40% da yallig'lanish jarayonlarini ko'rsatadigan C-reaktiv oqsil darajasi yuqori bo'lgan. Birinchi trimestrdan boshlab kompressor kiyimlarini ishlatadigan ayollar oyoqlarda shish, og'riq va og'irlik kabi asoratlarni boshdan kechirish ehtimoli kamroq. Olingan ma'lumotlar erta tashxis qo'yish, qon ivish parametrlarini kuzatish va yallig'lanish belgilarining muhimligini ta'kidlaydi.
