ПАРКИНСОН КАСАЛЛИГИДА ЭНДОКРИН ВА МИКРОБИОТА ОМИЛЛАРИНИНГ КАСАЛЛИК ОҒИРЛИГИ БИЛАН ЎЗАРО БОҒЛИҚЛИГИНИ ТАҲЛИЛ ҚИЛИШ

Мақсад: Паркинсон касаллигида гипертиреоз ва ичак микробиотаси ўзгаришларининг клиник аҳамиятини баҳолаш ва уларнинг касаллик оғирлиги билан боғлиқлигини аниқлаш. Методлар: Тадқиқотни бажаришда клиник-неврологик, (лаборатор-ТТГ,ТГ,Т3,Т4) микробиота таҳлили (метагеномик ПЦР-Streptococcus mutans, Bacteroides, Firmicutes) микроблар сонини аниқлаш, нейровизуализацион, (Хен-Яр, UPDRS) шкаласи, MMSE (Mini- Mental State Examination) тест, кўп омилли статистик таҳлил усуллардан фойдаланилган. Натижалар: Олинган натижалар гипертиреознинг тиреоид гормонлари орқали дофамин метаболизмига таъсир этиб, ПК патогенезини тезлаштириши мумкинлигини кўрсатди. Ичак микробиотасининг бузилиши, айниқса Streptococcus mutans кўпайиши, ImP орқали митохондриал стресс ва α-синуклеин агрегациясини кучайтиради. Ичак микробиотасидаги Streptococcus mutans кўпайиши ImP даражасини оширади ва дофаминергик нейронларга токсик таъсир кўрсатади. ПК патогенезини баҳолашда эндокрин ва микробиота кўрсаткичларини биргаликда таҳлил қилиш муҳим. Хулоса: Шундай қилиб, I назорат гуруҳда

 

ПК ва гипотериоз билан оғриган беморларда, II-қиёсий гуруҳ фақат ПК билан касалланган беморларга нисбатан ПК натижасида юзага келган симптомлардан тремор кучайиши ва когнитив фаолиятнинг бузулишининг прогрессив хусусияти билан намоён бўлди. Касалликнинг турли босқичларида ҳаракат ва когнитив бузилишларни динамикада баҳолаш, ўз вақтида ҳаракат бузилишларни эндокринолог ва невролог билан коррекция қилиш ва касалликни стабил ушлаб туриш имконини бериш мумкин. ПК билан касалланган беморларда микробиота кўрсаткичларини, гипотиреоз ва гипертериознинг мавжудлигини текшириш ва аксинча, гипотиреоз хамда, гипертериоз билан касалланганларда ПК текшириш керак.
