##article.abstract##

Maqsad: Сўнгги ўн йилликларда оғиз-халқум саратони эпидемиологик профилининг сезиларли даражада ўзгариши билан характерланиб, инсон папиллома вируси (ОПВ) билан боғлиқ шакллар улушининг ортиши кузатилмоқда. Ҳозирги кунда ОПВ-позитив оғиз-халқум саратони бош ва бўйин соҳаси ўсмаларининг мустақил клиник-биологик подтипи сифатида қаралиб, у хавф омиллари, морфологик хусусиятлари, клиник кечиши ва прогнози билан ОПВ-негатив ўсмалардан фарқ қилади. Ушбу адабиётлар шарҳида ОПВ-ассоцияланган оғиз-халқум саратони тарқалиши, вирус биологияси ва ОПВ-индуцирланган канцерогенез механизмлари, клинико-морфологик хусусиятлар ҳамда диагностика ёндашувларига оид замонавий маълумотлар умумлаштирилган. ОПВ-статуснинг прогностик аҳамияти, вирус генотипи, вирус юкламаси ва ОПВнинг физик статусининг клиник натижаларни шакллантиришдаги ўрнига алоҳида эътибор қаратилган, шунингдек персоналлаштирилган даволаш ва терапияни деэскалация қилишнинг замонавий концепциялари ёритилган. ОПВнинг клиник, морфологик ва молекуляр хусусиятларини интеграция қилиш беморларнинг прогностик стратификациясини чуқурлаштириш ва даволаш тактикасини оптималлаштириш имконини бериши кўрсатилган. ОПВ-ассоцияланган оғиз-халқум саратонининг эпидемиологик ҳамда клинико-прогностик хусусиятларини аниқлаш мақсадида минтақавий йўналтирилган тадқиқотлар ўтказиш зарурлиги таъкидланган.
