Mazkur ishda yuqori jag‘ nuqsonlarini katta boldir suyagi autotransplantati yordamida rekonstruksiya qilishni optimallashtirish masalalariga bag‘ishlangan mahalliy va xorijiy adabiyot manbalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda donor sohaning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari, transplantatni modellashtirish imkoniyatlari hamda uning osteointegratsiyasi hisobga olingan. Katta boldir suyagidan olingan autotransplantatdan foydalanish aniq moslashtirish imkoniyati va barqaror suyak karkasini shakllantirish xususiyati tufayli yuqori jag‘ning og‘ir va anatomik jihatdan murakkab nuqsonlarida suyak to‘qimasi hajmini tiklashga imkon berishi aniqlangan. Bu esa keyingi funksional reabilitatsiya uchun qulay sharoit yaratadi.
