Ушбу мақолада жисмоний машқ ва парҳез омилларининг ичак микрофлораси таркиби ҳамда бактериал хилма-хиллигига таъсири таҳлил қилинади. Мунтазам жисмоний фаоллик ичакда фойдали бактериялар, хусусан, қисқа занжирли ёғ кислоталарини ишлаб чиқарувчи турларнинг кўпайишига хизмат қилади. Шу билан бирга, интенсив юкламалар натижасида юзага келадиган иссиқлик алмашинуви жараёнлари ичак тўсиғининг ўтказувчанлигига ва микробиом мувозанатига бевосита таъсир кўрсатади. Ўсимлик компонентларига бой парҳез машқлар давомида кузатиладиган иссиқлик стрессининг салбий оқибатларини юмшатиш ва иммун тизимини мустаҳкамлашда муҳим рол ўйнайди. Мақолада ушбу омилларнинг ўзаро корреляцияси спортчиларнинг чидамлилиги ва физиологик адаптацияси нуқтаи назаридан кўриб чиқилади.
