COVID-19 ning bakterial asoratlari juda keng tarqalgan va kasallikning og'irligi va natijasiga bevosita ta'sir qiladi. Ushbu tadqiqot COVID-19  pnevmoniya bilan og'rigan bemorlardan olingan namunalarda klinik ahamiyatga ega bakterial patogenlar spektrini aniqladi, shuningdek, antibiotiklarning izolyatsiya qilingan patogenlarga sezgirligi to'g'risida ma'lumotlar olindi. Bemorlardan ajratilgan izolatlarning antibiotiklarga sezuvchanligini tekshirish natijalari bizga COVID-19 bilan bog'liq pnevmoniya bilan og'rigan bemorlar uchun empirik antibakterial terapiyani tanlash bo'yicha dalillarga asoslangan tavsiyalarni ishlab chiqish imkonini berdi. Bemorlardan ajratilgan izolatlarning antibiotiklarga sezuvchanligini tekshirish natijalari bizga COVID-19  pnevmoniya bilan og'rigan bemorlar uchun empirik antibakterial terapiyani tanlash bo'yicha dalillarga asoslangan tavsiyalarni ishlab chiqish imkonini berdi. SARS-CoV-2 virusi bilan ikkilamchi bakterial infektsiya kamdan-kam uchraydi, shuning uchun ambulatoriya amaliyotida antibakterial vositalar asossiz ravishda buyurilmasligi kerak, ortiqcha diagnostika va polifarmasiyadan qochish kerak. Shu bilan birga, shifoxonalarda kasalxonaga yotqizilgan bemorlarga nozokomial infektsiyalar, shu jumladan COVID-19 rivojlanishining oldini olishga alohida e'tibor berilishi kerak.
