METASTATIK ONKOGINEKOLOGIK RAKDA MIOSTEATOZ: MUAMMONING HOZIRGI HOLATI

Miosteatoz — skelet mushaklarining yog‘ bilan infiltratsiyalanishi — onkologik bemorlarda tana kompozitsiyasi buzilishlarining muhim tarkibiy qismi hisoblanadi. Metastatik onkoginekologik rakda ushbu holat an’anaviy antropometrik ko‘rsatkichlarga tayanilganda ko‘pincha yetarli darajada baholanmaydi, garchi u davolashni ko‘tarish darajasi va kasallik prognoziga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatsa ham. Ushbu sharhda miosteatozning patofiziologik mexanizmlari, kimyoterapiya toksikligi bilan bog‘liqligi hamda umumiy va kasalliksiz omon qolishga ta’siri bo‘yicha zamonaviy ilmiy ma’lumotlar umumlashtirilgan. Kompyuter tomografiya asosida aniqlangan mushak zichligining pasayishi, ayniqsa tana massasi indeksi saqlangan yoki yuqori bo‘lgan bemorlarda, noqulay onkologik natijalarning mustaqil prognostik omili ekanligi ko‘rsatilgan. Miosteatozni baholashni ko‘p omilli xavf stratifikatsiyasi modellari tarkibiga kiritish metastatik onkoginekologik rak bilan kasallangan bemorlarni shaxsiylashtirilgan boshqarishni takomillashtirish imkonini beradi.
