Kirish. Umurtqa pog‘onasi meningiomalari orqa miya kanalining eng ko‘p uchraydigan yaxshi sifatli o‘smalaridan biri bo‘lib, orqa miya siqilishi natijasida nevrologik buzilishlar bilan kechadi. Jarrohlik davolash yuqori samaradorlikka ega bo‘lsa-da, ayrim bemorlarda funksional cheklanishlar saqlanib qoladi va maxsus neyroreabilitatsiya talab etiladi.
Tadqiqot maqsadi. Umurtqa pog‘onasi meningiomalari jarrohlik davolashidan so‘ng bemorlarning klinik-funksional xususiyatlarini baholash hamda standart funksional baholash shkalalari yordamida neyroreabilitatsiya samaradorligini tahlil qilish.
Materiallar va usullar. Spinal meningiomalarni jarrohlik yo‘li bilan olib tashlashdan so‘ng neyroreabilitatsiya olgan bemorlar bo‘yicha retrospektiv tahlil o‘tkazildi. Funksional holat Barthel indeksi, SCIM III shkalasi va ASIA Impairment Scale yordamida baholandi.
Natijalar. Ko‘pchilik bemorlarda to‘liq bo‘lmagan paraplegiya, harakatlanish va tos a’zolari funksiyasining buzilishi aniqlangan. Reabilitatsiyadan so‘ng funksional mustaqillik, harakatchanlik va kundalik faoliyat ko‘rsatkichlarining sezilarli yaxshilanishi qayd etildi. ASIA shkalasi bo‘yicha ayrim bemorlarda nevrologik tiklanish belgilari kuzatildi.
Xulosa. Maxsus neyroreabilitatsiya umurtqa pog‘onasi meningiomalari bo‘lgan bemorlarni kompleks davolashning muhim komponenti bo‘lib, funksional tiklanish va hayot sifatini yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi. Kelgusida optimal reabilitatsiya protokollarini aniqlash uchun ko‘p markazli tadqiqotlar zarur.
