O'ZBEKISTON RESPUBLIKASIDA QIZILO’NGACH SARATONINING EPIDEMIOLOGIYASI VA HELICOBACTER PYLORI INFEKSIASINING QIZILO’NGACH SARATONI BEMORLARIDA KONTAMINATSIA DARAJASI

Maqolada 2001–2024 yillar davomida Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida qiziloʻngach saratoni (QS) epidemiologik tahlili hamda ushbu kasallikka chalingan bemorlarda Helicobacter pylori infeksiyasining tarqalganligi baholandi. Tadqiqot davrida 20 829 ta QS holati qayd etilib, kasallanish darajasi 2007 yildagi 3,9 dan 2023 yilda 2,0 ga (har 100 000 aholiga) kamayish tendensiyasi aniqlangan. Eng yuqori koʻrsatkich Qoraqalpogʻiston Respublikasida kuzatilib, bu hududning endemik zona ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
Bemorlarning aksariyati 60 yoshdan oshganlar (56,5%) boʻlib, eng yuqori ulush 60–74 yosh guruhiga toʻgʻri keladi (43,5%). Erkaklarda kasallanish ayollarga nisbatan yuqori (2:1). Shu bilan birga, holatlarning 68,3% III–IV bosqichlarda aniqlanadi, bu esa 5 yillik yashovchanlikning pastligi (25,4% gacha) bilan bogʻliq.
93 nafar bemor orasida 41 (44%) holatda QS H. pylori bilan bogʻliqligi aniqlangan. H. pylori bilan assotsiatsiyalangan QSning hududiy tarqalishi umumiy epidemiologik holat bilan mos kelmaydi va eng yuqori koʻrsatkich Surxondaryo viloyatida qayd etilgan. Infeksiyalangan bemorlar orasida ayollar ustunligi kuzatilgan.
Olingan natijalar QSning hududiy xususiyatlarini va H. pylori ning patogenezdagi ehtimoliy rolini ko‘rsatadi hamda yanada kengroq tadqiqotlarni talab qiladi.
