Biologik yo‘naltirilgan preparatsiya (Biologically Oriented Preparation Technique — BOPT) zamonaviy ortopedik stomatologiyada qattiq va yumshoq to‘qimalar o‘zaro aloqasini boshqarishga asoslangan konseptual yondashuv sifatida e’tirof etiladi. Mazkur maqolada BOPT texnikasining zamonaviy evolyutsiyasi — gibrid analog-raqamli ish jarayoni hamda EasyBOPT (eBOPT) deb nomlanuvchi to‘liq raqamli standartlashtirilgan protokolning klinik samaradorligi, biologik asoslari va amaliy qo‘llanilish jihatlari kompleks tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, gibrid yondashuv milk osti chegaralarni yuqori aniqlikda qayd etish va emergence profilni to‘liq uzatish imkonini bersa, eBOPT protokoli klinik jarayonni standartlashtirish, vaqtni qisqartirish va operatorga bog‘liqlikni kamaytirish orqali BOPT texnikasining reproduktivligini sezilarli darajada oshiradi.
