Tadqiqotning maqsadi parodontning o‘choqli shikastlanishlarini davolashda Vidman bo‘yicha modifikatsiyalangan laxtak operatsiyasining standart laxtak operatsiyasiga nisbatan β-trikalsiyfosfatni qo‘llash bilan birgalikdagi klinik samaradorligini baholashdan iborat.

Materiallar va usullar. Parodontning o‘choqli shikastlanishlari bo‘lgan 28-55 yoshdagi 74 nafar bemor (32 nafar erkak va 42 nafar ayol) kuzatuv ostida bo‘lib, ular ikki guruhga bo‘lingan: asosiy guruh (n=38) - β-TKF yordamida Vidman bo‘yicha laxtakli operatsiya; taqqoslash guruhi (n=36) - standart laxtakli operatsiya. Parodontal cho‘ntak chuqurligi (PD), klinik birikish darajasi (CAL), qon ketish indeksi (BOP), gigiyena indeksi (OHI-S), shuningdek, suyak nuqsonining rentgenologik reduksiyasi 3, 6 va 12-muddatlarda baholandi. Natijalar. 12 oydan so‘ng asosiy guruhda parodontal cho‘ntak chuqurligi 6,4 ± 1,1 dan 2,8 ± 0,7 mm gacha (p < 0,001) kamaydi, taqqoslash guruhida esa 6,3 ± 1,0 → 3,7 ± 0,9 mm (p < 0,01); klinik birikishning o‘sishi 3,2 ± 0,8 mm ga nisbatan 1,9 ± 0,6 mm (p < 0,001) ni tashkil etdi; suyak nuqsonining rentgenologik kamayishi 64,3 ± 8,7% ga nisbatan 38,2 ± 9,4% (p < 0,001) ni tashkil etdi. Asosiy guruhdagi natijalarning barqarorlashuviga taqqoslash guruhidagi 75,0% ga nisbatan 92,1% bemorlarda erishildi (p < 0,05).

Xulosa. Parodontning o‘choqli shikastlanishlari bo‘lgan bemorlarda laxtak operatsiyalarida β-trikalsiyfosfatni qo‘llash klinik va rentgenologik ko‘rsatkichlarni statistik jihatdan sezilarli darajada yaxshilaydi va uzoq muddatli barqaror natijani ta’minlaydi.
