Тадқиқот мақсади: хроник стабил астма ва астма хуружлари билан беморларда электролит бузилишларни аниқлаш, хамда қондаги электролитлар даражаси, ўпка фаолияти параметрлари ва қабул қилинаётган дори воситалар ўзаро таъсирини аниқлаш. Тадқиқот методологияси: ТТА 1-клиникаси, пульмонология бўлими базасида проспектив кроссовер тадқиқот. Ҳулоса: гипомагниемия ва гипокальциемия стабил астма ва астма хуружи бўлган беморларда энг тарқалган электролит бузилиши деб аниқланди. Шу билан бирга қабул қилинадиган даво воситалари электролитлар миқдорига таъсир кўрсатиши хам аниқланди.
