Меъда ва меъда ости бези шираси таъсирида олинган казеин гидролизатлари таъсирида қон липидемик параметрларининг ўзгариши ўрганилди. Тадқиқот итларда   ўтказилди. Меъда шираси таъсирида олинган казеин гидролизатлари ёғларнинг ҳазм бўлиши ва сўрилишини яхшилашга ёрдам беради деган хулосага келдик. Меъда ости бези шираси таъсирида олинган казеин гидролизатлари ёғларнинг ҳазм бўлиши ва сўрилишини пасайтирди. Казеин гидролизатларининг қон липидемик параметрларига таъсири  казеин гидролизатлари олинган таъсирига, шунингдек ундан гидролизатлар ва пептидлар олинганида протеазларнинг казеинга таъсир қилиш кетма-кетлигига боғлиқ.
