##article.abstract##

Mushaklar gipotoniyasining asosiy sababini aniqlash diagnostika laboratoriyalari va vizualizatsiya usullarida yutuqlarga qaramay qiyinligicha qolmoqda. Klinik baholash strategiyalari va standartlashtirilgan rivojlanish testlari yuqori motoneyronlarning birlamchi shikastlanishi natijasida kelib chiqadigan gipotoniyani va pastki motoneyronlar gipotoniyasini farqlashga yordam beradi. Bu yosh bolalarda ayniqsa muhimdir. Ushbu sharhda gipotoniyasi bo’lgan bolalarning klinik-anamnestik belgilari baholanadi: batafsil kasallik va oilaviy anamnez, periferik va markaziy gipotoniyani farqlash uchun o’tkazilgan klinik tekshiruvlar va ularni baholash. Mushaklar gipotoniyasining differentsial tashxisiga hissa qo'shgan so'nggi tadqiqotlar ko'rib chiqiladi va kelajakdagi tadqiqotlar uchun yo'nalishlar beriladi. Ideal holda, mushak gipotenziyasi bo'lgan chaqaloqlarni baholashni bolalar nevrologlari, pediatrlar, tibbiy genetiklar va fiziologlarni o'z ichiga olgan rivojlanish bo'yicha mutaxassislarning multidisipliner jamoasi amalga oshiradi.
