REVMATOID ARTRITDA ANEMIYA VA GAPTOGLOBIN FENOTIPINING TA’SIRI

Maqsad: revmatoid artritga chalingan bemorlarda anemiyani uchrash darajasini va klinik – laborator koʼrsatkichlarni turli fenotipdagi gaptoglobin tizimiga bogʼliq holda aniqlash.
Material va Metodlar: Tadqiqot 214 nafar revmatoid artriti tashxisi bilan Samarqand shahar tibbiyot birlashmasida 2018-2021 yillar davomida davolangan bemorlarda olib borilgan. Tadqiqotda umumklinik, tibbiy-ijtimoiy, gematologik, biokimyoviy, immunologik, instrumental va statistik tadqiqot usullaridan foydalanilgan.
Natijalar: Barcha RА bemorlar gematologik koʼrsatkichlariga asoslangan xolda 2 guruhga boʼlindi: anemiyasi boʼlmagan 50 nafar (23,4%) bemorlar, ular bizda nazorat guruhini tashkil qildi; qolgan 164 nafar (76,6%) bemorlarda gematologik koʼrsatkichlariga koʼra anemiya aniqlandi, bu bemorlar asosiy guruhni tashkil qildi. RА bemorlarda anemiya turi va darajasi JSST tomonidan tavsiya etilgan klassifikatsiyaga koʼra belgilandi. SKА 94 nafar (57,3%) bemorlarda kuzatildi, 65 nafar (39,6%) bemorlarda TTА, 5 nafar bemorlarda (3,1%) esa SKА va TTА bilan birgalikda kechdi.
Xulosa. Tadqiqotda qatnashgan barcha RА bemorlarning 76,6% turli shakldagi va darajadagi anemiyalar aniqlangan boʼlib, ular kasallikning davomiyligi, faolligi, rentgenologik koʼrinishi orasida bogʼliqligi bilan tavsiflanadi.
