Maqsad. Boldirlararo distal sindesmoz jarohatini davolashda anatomo-funktsional natijalarni yaxshilash.
Materiallar va uslublar. 2021–2022-yillarda Respublika ixtisoslashtirilgan travmatologiya va ortopediya ilmiy-amaliy tibbiyot markazi Samarqand filialining o‘tkir shikastlar bo‘limida boldirlararo distal sindesmoz shikastlanishi bilan 24 nafar bemor davolangan.
Natijalar. 3, 6, 12 oydan keyin baholanganda yaxshi va a'lo natijalar (>70 ball) 18 nafar bemorda 75% ni tashkil etgan, qoniqarli natijalar (50-69 ball) 6 nafarida (25%) kuzatilgan.
Xulosalar. Boldirlararo distal sindesmoz jarohati bilan og'rigan bemorlarni davolashda operatsiyadan oldingi rejalashtirgan holda, ultratovush va kompyuter tomografiyasi natijalariga asoslangan holda amalga oshirilishi kerak, bu tashxislashni va jarrohlik yordami taktikasini tanlashni osonlashtiradi. Tavsiya etilgan osteosintez usuli operatsion jarohatni kamaytirishga imkon beradi, davolash uchun qulay sharoit yaratadi va yiringli-nekrotik asoratlar sonini kamaytirishga yordam beradi.
