Tadqiqot maqsadi. Tizza qopqog’ining lateral nostabilligi bo'lgan bemorlarni tekshirishning klinik va instrumental usullarini takomillashtirish.
Tadqiqot materiali va usullari. Respublika ixtisoslashtirilgan travmatologiya va ortopediya ilmiy-amaliy tibbiyot markazining Samarqand filialida 2018 yildan 2021 yilgacha tizza qopqog’ir beqarorligi bo'lgan 74 bemorni tekshirish va davolash o'tkazildi.
Natijalar: Ushbu maqolada 2018 yildan 2021 yilgacha bo'lgan davrda respublika ixtisoslashtirilgan travmatologiya va ortopediya ilmiy-amaliy tibbiyot markazining Samarqand filialida tizza qopqog’ining lateral nostabilligi bo'lgan bemorlarni tekshirishning klinik va instrumental usullarini takomillashtirish tasvirlangan. Tizza qopqog’i nostabillikni tashxislash uchun asosiy rentgenologik proektsiyalarga quyidagilar kiradi: ikkala tizza bo'g'imlarining anteroposterior rentgenogrammasi, pastki chanoq-son bo’g’imlaridan oshiq-boldir bo’g’imigacha tik turgan holda koronar holatidagi rentgenogrammasi; bosim ostida 20-30° egilishda lateral proektsiyadagi rentgenografiya; 20-30°egilishda ikkala tizza bo'g'imlarining aksial tasvirlari.
Xulosa. Tizza qopqog’ining lateral nostabilligi yumshoq to'qima tuzilmalariga zarar yetkazishi mumkinligini hisobga olsak, nafaqat yumshoq to'qima tuzilmalariga, balki bir vaqtning o'zida tizza bo'g'imining intraartikulyar tuzilmalariga ham zarar yetkazishi mumkin. Tashxis qo'yishda biz magnit-rezonans tomografiya usulidan foydalandik.
