##article.abstract##

Anoreksiya -bu organizmning saraton rivojlanishiga fiziologik reaktsiyasi (ya'ni immunitet tizimining faollashishi, energiya iste'molining ko'payishi)...). Dastlab, bu o'zgarishlarning barchasi tanada o'sma o'sishi bilan kurashishga yordam beradi deb ishoniladi. Shu nuqtai nazardan, anoreksiyani davolash samaradorligi bir nechta mexanizmlar bilan bog'liq. Birinchidan, bemorning tanasi faollashmaydi yoki oziq-ovqat izlamaydi va shu bilan energiyani tejaydi, shuningdek, konvektsiyaning kuchayishi natijasida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo'lgan issiqlik xarajatlarini kamaytiradi. Bu holda saqlangan harorat organizm tomonidan saratonning tez o'sishiga qarshi kurashish uchun ishlatiladi. Ikkinchidan, kasallik paytida oziq-ovqat miqdorini kamayishi saraton hujayralari uchun zarur bo'lgan ozuqa moddalarini iste'mol qilishni kamaytiradi, shuningdek ovqat hazm qilish uchun zarur bo'lgan energiya sarfini kamaytiradi. Anoreksiyaning dastlabki bosqichining bu ta'siri klassik tadqiqot tomonidan qo'llab-quvvatlanadi, bunda sinovdagi kasallangan sichqonlarni majburiy oziqlantirish o'lim darajasining oshishiga olib keldi (1). Shunga qaramay, anoreksiya kasallikning boshida keltiradigan foydalarga qaramay, uzoq muddatli anoreksiya tananing himoya funktsiyalarini susayishiga olib keladi  va bu jarayon tiklanishni qiyinlashtiradi.
