Tibbiy yordam sifatini oshirish muammosi, shu jumladan zarur nazorat va boshqaruv tizimini tashkil etish orqali, hozirgi vaqtda oshqozon-ichak traktining tug'ma nuqsonlari bo'lgan bolalarga jarrohlik yordamini tashkil etishni baholash metodologiyasini ishlab chiqish eng dolzarb masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. 2018-2022-yillar davrida bolalarda tug'ma va irsiy kasalliklarni erta aniqlash bo'yicha O'zbekiston Respublikasi davlat dasturining eng muhim vazifasi tug'ma va irsiy kasalliklarning oldini olish bo'yicha profilaktika va davolash-diagnostika tadbirlarini, bo'lajak onalar va bolalar salomatligi holati uchun patronaj tizimini takomillashtirishdan iborat. Asosiy vazifa nafaqat nuqsonni o'z vaqtida aniqlash, balki o'lim va nogironlikni kamaytirishga qaratilgan keyingi harakatlarni tuzishdir.
