SURUNKALI YIRINGLI O’RTA OTITDA EVSTAHIEY NAYINI MRT USULIDA BAHOLASH

Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi surunkali yiringli o’rta otitda (SYO’O) da Eustahiev nayi (EN) tog’ayi parametrlarini tashxislashda MRT rolini baholashdir. 1,5 Tesla MRT da SYO’O bilan kasallangan 44 bemorda EN parametrlari o'rganildi. Nazorat guruhiga 41 ta sog'lom quloqdan olingan MRT ma'lumotlari kiritilgan. Medial va lateral EN tog’ayi plastinkalarining uzunligi va qalinligi baholandi. Barcha bemorlarda MR signalining xususiyatlari va EN tog’ayi konturlari baholandi. Guruhlat o’rtasida EN tog’ayi plastinkalarining qalinligi va T2FS va PD WI kesimlarida MR signalining xarakteristikasida sezilarli o'zgarishlar aniqlandi (p<0,05). EN tog’ayi signali xususiyatlarini baholashda T2FS WI kesimi eng foydali ekanligini isbotladi (p<0,05). SYO’O bilan og'rigan bemorlarda EN tog’ayi parametrlaridagi o'zgarishlar sog'lom odamlardan statistik jihatdan farq qildi.
