##article.abstract##

Ekssudativ o‘rta otitni etiologiyasi, immunopatogenezi va patofiziologiyasi bo'yicha zamonaviy ma'lumotlar keltirilgan. Yallig'lanish jarayoniga ta'sir qiluvchi omillar va o'rta quloq patologiyasining rivojlanishidagi bosqichlari ko'rib chiqilgan. O'rta quloq shilliq qavatining morfologiyasi, gistologiyasi va immunomorfologiyasi, shuningdek immunopatologik reaktsiyalarning xususiyatlari o‘rganilgan. Ekssudativ otitni zamonaviy davolash usullari tavsiflangan va ekssudativ otitni davolashda immun korreksiyaning ahamiyati aniqlangan.
