BOLALARDA ALLERGIK PATOLOGIYANING OLDINI OLISH MUAMMOLARI

So'nggi 30-40 yil ichida butun dunyo bo'ylab kattalar va bolalar orasida IgE vositachiligidagi allergik kasalliklar, jumladan atopik dermatit, allergik rinit va bronxial astma tarqalishi sezilarli darajada oshdi. "Evropa allergiya oq kitobi" ga ko'ra, bugungi kunda har 3 evropalik boladan 1 nafari allergiya bilan, har 10 nafardan biri astma bilan kasallangan. So'nggi o'n yilliklarda olib borilgan ko'p yillik klinik va epidemiologik tadqiqotlar shuni ko'rsatdiki, O'zbekistonning turli mintaqalarida allergik kasalliklarning tarqalishi 10 dan 30% gacha, ularning katta qismini ba egallaydi-5 dan 20% gacha, bemorlar orasida yosh bolalar soni ko'paymoqda.
