Tadqiqot asosida Toshkent shahar 1-sonli klinik kasalxonasining jarrohlik bo'limiga yotqizilgan chap tomonlama varikoselli 376 bemorni davolash natijalari kiritilgan. Ibn Sino. Jarrohlik usuliga qarab, bemorlarning 2 guruhi ajratildi. 2009-2014 yillarda 181 bemorga umumiy qabul qilingan jarrohlik aralashuvlar (Ivanissevich yoki Palomo operatsiyalari) o'tkazildi, ular taqqoslash guruhini tashkil etdi. 2015 yildan 2022 yilgacha 195 bemorga subingvinal selektiv operatsiyalar (chap tomonlama testekulyar venaning antegrad endovaskulyar skleroterapiyasi (LTV) va Marmara operatsiyasi) o'tkazildi, ular asosiy guruhga kirdi. Shunday qilib, 2009-2014 yillarga nisbatan.operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlarning chastotasi 12,7 dan 2,6% gacha kamaydi, ya'ni. asosiy guruhda deyarli 5 marta. Antegrad angioskleroterapiyasi LTV bemorlar tomonidan an'anaviy operatsiyalarga qaraganda osonroq toqat qilinadi va bu operatsiya iqtisodiy jihatdan foydali bo'lib, boshqa jarrohlik aralashuvlarga qaraganda bemorlarning kasalxonada qolish muddatini qisqartiradi.
