Ilmiy izlanishning asosi sifatida Ibn Sino nomidagi Toshkent shahar 1-son klinik shifoxonasi xirurgiya boʼlimida chap tomonlama varikotsele bilan davolangan 188 nafar bemorlarning davolash natijalari olingan. Jarrohlik aralashuvlarning usuliga koʼra bemorlar 2 guruhga ajratilgan. 2016-2018 yy. 91 (48,4%) nafar bemorlarga umumiy qabul qilingan operatsiyalar (Ivanisevich yoki Palomo operatsiyalari) oʼtkazilib, ushbu bemorlar qiyoslash guruhini tashkil etdilar. 2019-2022 yy. 97 (51,6%) nafar bemorlarga subingvinal selektiv operatsiyalar (ChMVning antegrad endovaskulyar skleroterapiyasi va Marmar operatsiyasi) oʼtkazilib, ushbu bemorlar asosiy guruhni tashkil etishdi. Varikotseleni jarrohlik davolashning ishlab chiqilgan usuli - chap moyak venasining antegrad endovaskulyar skleroterapiyasi tejamkor (tibbiy xarajatlar Ivanissevich operatsiyasidan 50,8% va Palomo operatsiyasidan 50,0% kamroq), qolish muddatini qisqartiradi. kasalxonadagi bemorlarning soni 7,2±0,9 dan 2,1±0,4 gacha (p<0,001).
