O'tkir obstruktiv xoletsistitda 38 bemorga teri-jigar orqali mikroxoletsistotomiya (TJOMXS) o'tkazildi. O`tkir asoratlangan xoletsistitni davolashda ishlab chiqilgan kam invaziv taktik tamoyillar erta klinik sonografik va intraoperatsion diagnostika asoslari, ultratovush nazorati ostida mikroxoletsistostomiyani qullash bilan kam invaziv davolash bosqichlari, endoskopik papillasfinkterotomiya va umumiy o't yo'lini drenajlash bilan laparoskopik va minilaparatom xoletsistektomiyada, o`tkir asoratlangan xoletsistitni davolash va taktik yondashuvlarni individuallashtirildi.
