BARIATRIK BEMORLARDA TISH KO'RINISHLARI (ADABIYOTLARNI TAHLILI)

Tadqiqot materiallarida semizlikni davolash uchun bemorlarning vaznini kamaytirishning zamonaviy usullarini, shu jumladan bariatrik jarrohlik usullarini ishlab chiqdi. Barcha yoshdagilar uchun eng samarali va xavfsiz davolash bu bariatrik jarrohlikdir. Bariatrik jarrohlikdan keyingi ko'rinishlar gastroezofagial, nafas olish, yurak-qon tomir, endokrin va psixologik o'zgarishlarni o'z ichiga oladi. Oshqozon-ichak traktining eng ko'p uchraydigan asoratlari - o'n ikki barmoqli ichakning stenozi, oshqozon yarasi, diareya, surunkali qusish, reflyuks va oshqozon-qizilo'ngach saratoni. Demineralizatsiya bilan bog'liq bo'lgan tish eroziyasi, bakteriyalar ishtirokisiz kimyoviy jarayon orqali tish to'qimalarining kimyoviy erishi sifatida aniqlanadi. Mualliflar qisqa muddatli va o'tkir og'riq belgilari gidrodinamik yuk bilan bog'liq deb hisoblashadi. Eng ko'p zarar ko'rgan bemorlar 20 yoshdan 40 yoshgacha; premolyar va kesuvchi tishlar odatda eng sezgir tishlardir, chunki og'riq yuz yuzasida lokalize qilinadi. Nozik tishlar birlik maydonida juda ko'p ochiq kanalchalarga ega va tubulalarning o'rtacha diametri sezgir bo'lmagan tishlardagi tubulalardan deyarli 2 baravar katta. Operatsiyadan keyingi parhez va oshqozon reflyuksi, ayniqsa, shirin ta'mli ovqatlar va nordon ichimliklar iste'mol qilish kabi boshqa xavf omillari mavjud bo'lsa, tishlarga zarar etkazish xavfini oshirishi mumkin. Ma'lumotlar yo'qligi sababli, bu va boshqa masalalar bariatrik jarrohlik amaliyotini o'tkazganlarning stomatologik ko'rinishlari bilan bog'liq klinik materiallarni tahlil qilish asosida qo'shimcha o'rganishni talab qiladi.
