QANDLI DIABET 1 TIPI BILAN BO’LGAN KASALLARDA AUDIOMETRIK O’ZGARISHLAR

Sensonevral qattiqquloqlik va vestibulyar buzilishlar diagnostikasi va davolash masalalari, tibbiy va ijtimoiy jihatlari nuqtai-nazaridan zamonaviy otorinolaringologiyaning muhim muammolaridan biri sanaladi. Har yili Rossiyada eshituv tizimi zararlnishi bilan minglab bolalar aniqlanadi va ushbu tamoyil aniq ifodalanuvchi ortib boruvchi xarakter kasb etadi (Dayxes N.А. va hammualliflar., 2018; Таvartkiladze G.А.2016). Qattiqquloqlik muhim ahamiyatag ega, chunki eshituv patologiyasi bolaning ruhiy va nutqiy rivojlanishi buzilishlariga sabab bo’ladi, shuningdek bolani keyingi ijtimoiylashuviga o'z ta'sirini ko'rsatadi. Koxleo-vestibulyar sindrom ayniqsa ichki quloq patologiyasi va yaqqol patogenetik jarayonlar bilan kechuvchi etiopatogenetik jihatdan o’xshash kasalliklar biragalikda kelgan hollarda birmuncha yaqqol namoyon bo’ladi. Bu kabi kasalliklardan biri 1 tipdagi qandli diabet kasalligidir. Sensonevral buzilishlar patogenezida, xuddi qandli diabetda bo’lgani kabi, mikrotsirkulyatsiya buzilishlari, to'qimalar gipoksiyasi, oksidlanish-qaytarilish jarayonlarining nomutanosibligi va boshqa shu kabi jarayonlar muhim bo’g’in sanaladi. Ishemik jarayonlar ichki quloq retseptor tuzilmasi, o’tkazuvchi yo’llar, uzunchoq miyaning eshituv va vestibulyar aydrolari va po’stloq tuzilmalari darajasida namoyon bo’lishi mumkin.
